Jinn | Art of Jameela

This is one of my first paintings. As far back as I can remember, in what we refer to as this lifetime, or in my current physical form, I have always been fascinated with the unknown. Both the Angelic Realm and the World of Jinn, or what the western world refers to as the demonic realm, have always been of great interest to me. 

I wrote the following poem related to this painting many years ago and never shared it with anyone prior to this post.

JINN

From smokeless flame,

God made me bright.

With gifts of sight,

I see no light.

An unseen world,

No man can see.

Secrets untold,

Only for me.
