I made my very first prints manually, by carving a linoleum tile and utilizing it as a stamp. I carved this tile when I was a teenager, existentially contemplating reality. This piece manifested itself through the dark forces of the soul, and through the creation of the piece, I had come to the realization of an existential truth. In your pain, lies your power. Inner strength and the expansion of awareness develop from what we perceive to be painful experiences. The dark night of the soul is ultimately a blessing in disguise.
